Cognizance Application is an easy application which checks the mental status of a person. It tells the thinking ability and determine if any problems are getting better or worse. The application can monitor the movement and communication patterns; whether the person can read, write, understand, recognize or recall.
Cognizance has following features:
Sequence: User has to arrange the alphabets/ numbers/ months of the year, etc in order.
Problem Solving / Orientation: It asks basic questions to check the presence of mind.
Word Finding: User has to recognize the elements given there according to the words.
Object Recognition: It asks the functions of the object given there.
Recall: User have to repeat the sentences.
Reading/ Writing/ Visual Scanning
Reports: It details the patient’s name, date, doctor’s name. It also analyzes the total time taken, percentage of correct questions answered by the patient.
